By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or entering into any agreement with us for the purchase, sale or consignment of a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and Easy RVs.
Easy RVs provides the following services:
We deal exclusively in motorhomes and campervans. We do not sell caravans or new vehicles. All vehicles sold by Easy RVs are pre-owned.
Any information, advice or guidance provided by Easy RVs — whether on our website, in person or by phone or email — is general in nature. It does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. You should seek independent advice where appropriate before making a purchase or entering into any agreement.
Vehicle descriptions and listings: We take care to ensure that vehicle listings on our website and in other marketing materials accurately describe the vehicle's condition, history and features at the time of listing. However, descriptions are provided as a guide only. All vehicles are sold subject to inspection, and we strongly encourage buyers to inspect vehicles in person before committing to a purchase.
Pricing: All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are correct at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written sales agreement has been executed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Deposits: Where a deposit is required to secure a vehicle, the deposit amount and any conditions of refund will be agreed in writing prior to payment. Deposits are generally non-refundable where a buyer withdraws from the sale without cause, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Transfer of ownership: Title and ownership of a vehicle passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment and completion of all required transfer documentation. Risk in the vehicle passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.
Pre-sale checks: Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own independent inspections, including mechanical assessments, PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) checks and review of service history prior to purchase. Easy RVs accepts no liability for defects or issues not disclosed at the time of sale that could have been identified through reasonable inspection.
Delivery: Where delivery is arranged, responsibility for the vehicle passes to the buyer once collected by the transport carrier. Delivery costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pre-owned vehicles sold by Easy RVs are sold as seen and described, subject to any consumer guarantees that apply under law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
